As part of our continuing efforts to provide the best protection for our participants, this App 5.1 update provides the same enhanced multi-factor authentication as our website. On initial log in, the multi-factor authentication uses the same email address and phone number as your website account to provide you with a verification PIN. Once the authentication is completed successfully, you can request the app to “remember” you and enable facial recognition for expedited logon thereafter. The latest update includes user experience improvements and minor bug fixes.

“Temporarily unavailable”

After adding a secondary authentication, I constantly get logged out of the app. When I try to log back in, I get the message “your account is temporarily unavailable”. However, when I go directly to the website, I get in with no issues at all. Not impressed with the app.
