I can’t even log in and no matter what it will always say my password is wrong even right after I just changed it

Constantly crashes accessing statements

Doesn’t work half the time. Statements crash or say network error. Transaction detail search is worthless. Really an antiquated app in the marketplace of online banking apps. Desperately needs an update. Last update was 4 YEARS AGO.

Alerus really needs to improve this app.

Plan to remove app and download again if you want to be able to access your account more than once a day.

Can’t even sign in

Whenever I try to sign in I get this: PreSignUp failed with error Converting circular structure to JSON --> starting at object with constructor 'ClientRequest' | property 'socket' -> object with constructor 'TLSSocket' --- property '_httpMessage' closes the circle.
I don’t know what to do and I’m getting really mad.

Alerus Mobile App

The mobile app only works as a mobile app if I restart the iPhone. Every time I open the app it wants me to log in I’m required to login as online banking Face ID doesn’t work.
