I found the MyMethodist very helpful before and after my surgery. It was easy to negotiate and finding all the information I needed. As well, contacting the nurse for questions.
Methodist hospital system
All hospitals should pattern themselves after Methodist Hospital. From transport to hospital administration. Every need a patient could ask for is always met in my experience. I always get treated with dignity, respect and care on my visits or hospital stays. Thanks Methodist for setting the bar so high!

Dr Muchin is a superb doctor. My surgery was a success. He and his team had GREAT bedside manners. I must say Methodist West customer service was awesome!!! The nurses made me feel welcomed and comfortable. So Thank you Dr Muchin and Methodist West. For making my experience that I can brag about.

this app is becoming better and better all the time very efficient to use easy to add calendar dates from it to your personal calendar on your phone really impressed with the interaction notes and overall quality of the app

I’m a B Cancer Survivor & I’ve made many trips to this Physicality and from the Drs, Nurses & staff everyone has been so nice & Compassionate to deal with! I highly recommend Sugarland Methodist!!!

This app is useless. I have a valid sign in yet my data does not show. Waste of time. The linked account feature is garbage.

Surgery
Houston Methodist and staff were top notch during my recent surgery and stay. Dr Min Kim and his staff were outstanding and kept me and my husband up to date on my surgery and recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Kim and Houston Methodist Hospital for any medical needs.

Great Experience!
I had a great experience during my last visit for my surgery. This was my 2nd time at Houston Methodist, and all I can say is how wonderful it was. The staff has treated me with much kindness, professionalism, and care.
The process up till surgery, and even after recovering, demonstrated how above and beyond the staff went. I’m grateful for how well the surgery went thanks to the surgeon and other staff.
During recovery, nurses checked frequently to ensure all was going well. I was well taken care of from start to finish.
Overall, Houston Methodist exceeded my expectations. I’m very thankful for how professional and attentive everyone was, and the high level of care I received.
