Not a functional app
That App is not for customers to use, it is like a teacher pet project for someone to fool around, it is abuse for the customer who used it. I think the hotel has lost a lot of business because this is not functionable App.

Never functions
Logging in with email/password fails as does logging in with google account. The only hotel app that I’ve used that never works which pushes me to use other hotels. Millennium hotels have gone from preferred to last resort. This failure of an app is costing you money!
App needs to be improved
One of the worst app to use for booking. Interface doesn’t work properly. Give you hard time to book. Fire the app developer.
Impossible to book!
A truly awful app - the latest update has destroyed it to the extent that I can’t even make a booking. It won’t process payment for anything. The website isn’t much better. I spend about 15 days a month staying in these hotels for work and I’m now going to have to find somewhere else to stay as it’s impossible to book anything here.
