The worst app I have to use
Unfortunately as a Rotana Rewards member, I need to use this app to gather points, get the discounts and redeem the points. But the app is utter garbage. Slow to load, sluggish, not user friendly - and, infuriatingly I have to call the helpline regularly as the points accrued don’t get added. The developer who created this should be sacked and someone competent should be brought in to start from scratch. Scrap it and start again Rotana.
