The worst app I have to use
Unfortunately as a Rotana Rewards member, I need to use this app to gather points, get the discounts and redeem the points. But the app is utter garbage. Slow to load, sluggish, not user friendly - and, infuriatingly I have to call the helpline regularly as the points accrued don’t get added. The developer who created this should be sacked and someone competent should be brought in to start from scratch. Scrap it and start again Rotana.

We have just had 10 days in Abu Dhabi and the app unfortunately doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t show you being in house you can’t book or see any dining bookings. I told the staff and they said it’s an ongoing fault. Not good enough in this day and age . Old app was better .
Style over function
I am a long term guest of the Rotana group. The previous rewards app was cumbersome, not easy to navigate, and booking a room and redeeming earned points even more frustrating to accomplish. The current version of the app Rotana Discovery prioritizes flashiness over functionality even more so without addressing the functionality faults…still can’t book using points. Additionally the app is only optimized for mobile phones and not tablets.

Trader Vic’s Al Ain. Mariam, Kabita and Rajpert take care of us like we were a king and queen. About food, I don’t think that the chef needs our feedback. However, we had a Trader Vic’s salad, Pad Thai Noodles and a Tenderloin fillet with a glass of red wine. Nothing to say but excellent. Thank you chef for your skills. Thanks Rotana ❤️
