Since the new update, i can’t renew my fiberx MTN on the app. I had to uninstall and install before the paywall became active. please fix this, i can’t be uninstalling and installing my app every subscription.

Notice the rapid drain in data subscriptions so I bought 7gb just to swipe 30-40 in TikTok and it’s got finish like what is going on. This is get worse and is bad

You will honestly regret using the My MTN app, Their very fast at collecting peoples money but too slow to credit the worth of that money. I made a subscription through my bank app to the bank app they provided (Sterling Bank) since on the 12 June 2026 and for the past 1 hour now they still haven't credited me the data. They asked me to reach out to my bank app (OPay ) which I did and it was confirmed that the money already left my bank app to the bank app they provided. Yet after providing them with every necessary information and details regarding this issue. Nothing has been done yet.

Find a way to make your system stable to crediting data when someone purchase and refund if there’s a glitch in network…. It’s crazy multiple times I’ll pay for a plan from my bank app and I won’t get the data and my money is gone. This is a scam going on with mtn
Bad Network Provider
I subscribed for the 36GB monthly data plan on the 26th April, 2026, only to be notified on the 2nd of May, 2026, that my data plan has been exhausted. In one week? This is very disappointing and outrageous. Broad daylight robbery on customers. I hate your services in general and never going to use your services. Thieves!!!! Horrible company to say the least. It’s just as if someone else is siphoning my data. I’m so livid!!!

So far, it’s been a wonderful experience using the MyMTN app. I’ve been using the app since maybe 2022 and I’ve not had any issues with it.
