I made a subscription on your app and hasn’t been credited for about a week. How does this make sense?

Did a plan for 2 days it’s direct went to expired which is not usable

Fixed - Versions 2.0.30 and 2.0.29 are broken
If after updating the app it becomes static and many features in it become broken please log out and log back in, that fixed the issues I detailed below for me and the app now functions flawlessly….

1. Information such as airtime and data balances no longer refresh and are now static, so you can not check your balances in the app anymore
2. You can no longer see nor purchase data packages in the app, it’s almost like the app has been disconnected from MTNs servers and everything is just static

Puk code
It’d be convenient if one can check puk number inside your mobile app, with airtel it was seamless and I did not need to answer weird questions from chat bot, even after answering all the questions, it just stops responding and no puk code I answered all these questions for.
Fix this new app
The new myMTN app is not good enough, I can’t redeem the 10gb reward neither is the app functioning properly. It’s not letting me get started after the introduction of the new app

This new updated mtn app is so poor, I can’t refresh it keep showing me the same data all over, I did everything possible clear my cache, restart my phone, uninstall and installed back, still the same, I will advice people not to waste their time in downloading this new updated version, I’m angry at the moment and I regret downloading this app. I have to give you one star so I’d be able to submit my review.
