App always crashes
I’ve been with this Bank for over a year now and I have had numerous issues out of the application. The bank does not regularly update this application and makes it hard for its consumers to turn off and on their card and control most of their banking features.. as the consumer of this Bank would enjoy regular updates to ensure against app crashes, especially when the consumers are on vacation it creates a substantial hardship!

Would highly consider looking into getting new developers for this product. The amount of time this app has issues is insane. Just trying to unlock and lock your card requires anywhere from 3-5 reload attempts. Sites/session connection seem to always crash (could be the API just a guess) Mid U.I btw. For some reasons I always see issues increase with this app and services after hours. And there is no one to talk to other than a robot I can’t even call it A.I…shame. Overall app has technical issues and up- issues. The bank itself needs to work on the customer service and better transparency.

Horrible “bank”
Extreme sub-par customer service. App frequently “under maintenance” - no ATM’s. Frost bank is MUCH better
Printer is major limitations
The paper selection in the printer part of this app is only US legal (legal size). The PDF that shows is designed for US letter (letter size). When one goes to print a letter size document on legal size, it ends up screwed, very messy. I can save the document to my iPad, and open it up in another app and continue to print in letter size paper. This app’s software needs to be fixed.
Update: the limitation also applies to my iPhone, so it has to be in the app. All my other apps can print in several different formats, including US Legal.

The accounts pages are cumbersome and not intuitive. The date range input in particular.
The time-out for inactivity is WAY TOO SHORT. In order to get through my monthly accounting, I may have to log in six of more times because the inactivity notification is easy to overlook if attention is directed elsewhere. Why not allow the user to input an amount of time that is not interrupted by forced log-offs?
My wife and I do not use debit cards. Sadly, NCU rewards customers who use debit cards and ignores customers like us who maintain large balances that earn a pittance of a few cents of interest.
Also, why has the ATM not been replaced? Getting cash is now a hassle instead of a breeze.

App will not log in on iPhone 17.. I get the text and there is no where to put the confirmation number.. just gives option to send text again to confirm log in.

Cant Make Loan Payments from External Account
It’s 2026 and my new loan with their financial institution can’t accept payments from other banks, credit or debit cards. Your attempt to FORCE people to use your accounts is why you are closing locations and probably will be going out of business. Pretty wild. I will be moving my loan back to Wells Fargo.

Thanks to MYNCU banking app, I can do everything I need to do with this app. I do monthly bill pay, check balances, move money, check balances and much more. Thank you MYNCU for providing an app that even a blind user can successfully use. I just installed IOS 11, and the bank app works very well with new software. I love my bank MYNCU app!! Not alerting me on transactions until they post
This app used to push notifications as soon as you used the card. The transactions are pending for a couple days until they actually post. Now I only get the notifications when they post. So someone could use my card for days before I realize they are using my card. Or check your account manually daily. All my other cards will notify as soon as they are swiped. I have all alerts on for every type of transaction and nothing until they post.

Very Buggy App
Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS 26, the app has felt very buggy and glitchy. Sometimes I have to kill and relaunch the app 3-4 times before it fully loads to my dashboard, and sometimes when it does load to the dashboard, it takes a minute for my account info to populate. Since I can’t find any app support on the website or app itself, I had to reach out here.
