Please fix it , why my acc alway auto log out and need to log in back , please make it done , i decide xnk guna since menyusahkan kena log in bnyk kli waste my time 👎🏻

Please enable the app to have it login all the time. It’s convenient from the user experience

The discounted new items are displayed on the app. However the prices of the items are not stated. It’s very inconvenient for us customers!! The app is not user friendly! The developer needs to upgrade the app. Please upgrade the app for our convenience.
Unable to make payment to purchase Bundled Coupons
I was trying to purchase Bundle Coupons in Mynews. launch apps > myNews > Bundled Coupons > click any deals > Payment with maybank2u > Hit with error “Sorry the payment has failed ….” . Then try to repurchase the coupon is not able to use anymore
2025 new year update - myNEWS
After the latest update or version 2025 - Monthly reload discount has been removed - Still okay with me as x5 points still remains - And can be used for CU too - At least still can earn points - Will continue using this app - Have been using for sometime now - All are good as my area and nearby areas have few myNEWS - Very convenient for me.

Top up not reflected
i've top up RM50 on 31st Dec 2024 but haven't reflected as of 1st Jan 2025. Have submit feedback but no one contact yet. Very bad experience

Apps error internet connection offline
Always display error internet connection offline but i dont have problem with my internet. Using latest ios and updated apps but still give problem
App got problem.
App got problem. Cannot auto refresh. Keep saying no internet connection but its full bar and with WiFi.
Can’t stay always log in
Why can’t the app stay always log in? Always need to sign in again after close the app. Previously it stays log in but after updated to latest version it became crap and wasting my time to login everytime open the app.

They scam you into download the app
One guy stopped me in front of their station outlets and ask me for information in order to create my account, when I asked why? He replied we’ll give you free 10rm balance in your account. Turns out when I opened my app I only have these stupid coupons that are worthless. The app itself is meh, but I was disappointed by their lie.

Poor App
Really really a poor and inconsistent app. Doesn’t load properly and sometimes tends to freeze.

The app does not appear properly for e-topup on iOS devices since April 2023 but no correction has been done!
