2025 Rouge Battery Drained
On two occasions three months apart I tried finally using the app to start my 2025 Nissan ROGUE after not being able to use it for a year and a half after I purchased the car. On both tries after a day or two I go out in the morning to my car only to find my battery completely dead. Can’t even unlock the door with the keypad. I’ll take it to the dealer. They say everything looks fine after they charge the battery l/ changed battery. But clearly they are not understanding that the app is draining the battery so they never even tell me to stop using it or report it ! I’m too busy for these inconveniences that’s why I keep a new to avoid this but clearly even a new car is a problem smh . Nissan fix this !

Another subscription based money grab
Don’t waste your time. Nissan is just squeezing money out of people for services that should come with the vehicle to begin with. What a joke of a company.
Absolutely useless
This app was probably made by a high school kid. It’s full of bugs. I’m constantly logged out, which shouldn’t be that big of a deal. But then it will forget my login info or just tell me I need a new password. Or like today it just tries to load a terms of service page and won’t do anything. It’s a cool idea that I can unlock and lock the doors, except it never works. Whenever I check my car it tells me it’s unlocked. Even when it’s locked. It’s useless.

Forgot my car
Didn't use the app for a bit so it deleted my vehicle from the profile. Why? Such a dumb app. Re-registering is such a pain I think I'm not going to bother and just uninstall

How is it possible for this app to not work at all
Nothing works. At all. How does Nissan not have the ability to do anything that any other car manufacturer has been able to do for 10 years. I’m currently in the process of getting a new car simply because I can’t remote start my current 2024 pathfinder from my app, lock the doors, view its location, literally nothing. The app does nothing at all except tell you an inaccurate reading of your gas mileage. This is the first bad review I have ever left if that gives you context of how behind Nissan really is.

I had high hopes
I really had high hopes for this app. Bought my car brand new and I was very excited finally having an app for it. I can’t not even get it to synchronize to my car, the remote un/lock doesn’t work. I can’t remote start it. I took it in for the recall and still no improvement. Not sure what I need to do. Very disappointed.
Over 6mo and the app hasn’t updated yet to allow me to remote start my car. What a disappointment.

App is horrible.
Keeps disconnect from my new Pathfinder and won’t remote start, update mileage or fuel remaining.
Love NISSAN
I’ve been Nissan cars since forever, but I never actually had one knew that I could use the app for everything so this time I bought a brand new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SL I love it. I love the app. I can start the car while I’m in the house to warm up. I just wished they had more options to do on the app thank you, Nissan.

Stop signing me out
Why have a tab that says keep me signed in and it still signs me out. Could not be much angrier than that. Walking to my vehicle trying to remote start and I have to enter email and password. Don’t ever sign me out, that’s what the keep me signed in box means.

The app will suddenly stop connecting with your car and stop allowing you to remote start. Despite deleting the app and reinstalling it, it still doesn’t work

It does not even let you input service history yourself, much less import it from the dealer.
I wanted an app to track my service history and compare it to the manufacturer’s schedules, so I could track what was due. The app contains the service schedules (ie, the exact same info in the manual), but has absolutely no functionality for tracking your service history.

App does not work half the time
I purchased my car 2 years ago and was very excited about having an app to check on my car, start the engine , lock it if I forget to lock it etc. Mind you this app is not very sophisticated or anything , it doesn’t have much on it but I was happy to have one. Most times when I try to use the app and start my car from inside the building, it either doesn’t work or by the time I walk to it, it is too late. When you give it a command it just thinks , it is very very slow to respond. I would have to be close to the car in order for it to respond in which case I can just use my remote to start it. Anyway, this company really dropped the ball on the app.
