Bring back the last version of the app this is really bad! If you have the old app don’t update
New Update is Convoluted Garbage
The old app version was clean and functional and to the point, this new one is just a convoluted all over the place garbage app.
Not working
Got my Pathfinder 4 days ago. At first remote start didn’t work and I got notifications that the lift gate was open when it wasn’t. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and in addition to the previous issues, it now tells me that none of my doors are locked, the vehicle location is not updating and generally, I can’t trust the app at all. It doesn’t work.

I’m still figuring out my 2026 Rogue… I’m sad to see less user friendly and seamless use as my 2019 XT5 as far as the app and option functions in the car.
Good but could be great …
A useful app, but buggy and lacks the necessary basic features for EV owners, most especially from a company who’s been in the EV business for a while. Suggestions: 1) There should be a control to charge up to a desired or recommended percentage, e.g. 80%, then stop the charging process. 2) Also, the charging schedule does not work properly. This is frustrating specially if you’re trying to avoid the peak hours for electric companies. It’s a must-have for EV owners, beats the purpose of why we buy EVs. 3) It would also be nice to set timers for climate control. In hot days when parked in the sun, there should be an option to set a 10-15-minute cooling cycle to protect the inside of the vehicle and its battery. 4) Allow more apps to be added to the native Nissan interface. while the Apple and Android wireless connectivities are great features, the paid IoT connectivity from AT&T is wasted if it requires Android Auto & Apple Carplay to be disconnected. All apps from Apple and Android not available on native Nissan software. We don’t want you to be Tesla, but you need to be Nissan … step up.

Endless do loops
Constant issues with this app. It won’t recognize emails, passwords even the reset buttons don’t work. Constantly logged you out. Awful.

Unreliable App
I love my car but don’t love this app. When I launch the app, it just spins for 5 minutes and doesn’t locate my car. Because of this, the info displayed is often 24 hours old and not useful. Notifications have also been coming in 24 hours after they were triggered. I’m starting to use the app less frequently because it’s unreliable.

Not sure how this app has five stars. I’ve owned two vehicles utilizing this app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I get random phantom notifications out of nowhere. Very unpredictable. Both vehicles I’ve also been affiliated with Facebook groups associated with the vehicle. Cannot tell you how often I see people post about this app and how poor it actually works. So where do these five stars reviews come from?

Slow to react
The app has great features it’s just slow to react. It’s been reading the same fuel level for months now and I can’t figure out how to fix it.
Worst car app on the planet!
One task y’all have, lock unlock the car and you can’t even do that! Terrible! Been stranded for 30 min trying to unlock the stupid thing. Shame!
