Slow to react
The app has great features it’s just slow to react. It’s been reading the same fuel level for months now and I can’t figure out how to fix it.
Worst car app on the planet!
One task y’all have, lock unlock the car and you can’t even do that! Terrible! Been stranded for 30 min trying to unlock the stupid thing. Shame!

App has so many bugs, glitches, and half the data it is supposed to show it never loads.

Worthless App
Constantly logs me out. Has removed my vehicle twice requiring me to re-add it multiple times. The app is very sluggish, with poor response times and an over abundance of security checks. Nissan can build a great car but their software (both in the App and their cars) leave everything to be desired. And with whatever update, now it requires me to upload documents to prove vehicle ownership before it’ll add my vehicle back to the app??? What an absolutely garbage app.
AND IF NISSAN COMES ON HERE WITH THAT AUTO GENERATED RESPONSE THEY SENT TO EVERYONE ELSE WITH THE HELP DESK NUMBER AND TELLING ME THEY CAN HELP WITH MY CONCERNS, TOTAL BS THAT JUST FURTHER PROVES MY POINT THAT NISSAN DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT MAKING SURE THEIR PRODUCT IS READY BEFORE SELLING IT.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s all just a big money grab, if you just bought your Nissan and still have a chance to return it, take it back and get a car with good software and a working app… so glad mine is just a lease.

Not working
This app worked great for the first 2 weeks but for the last 2 months it has an incorrect alert stating my window is down and none of the features work! I’ve been on the phone with support multiple times and even had a maintenance appt with the dealership to work on it, but no luck.

This app is trash
Half the time. This app shows my vehicle parked at a different location. The remote start doesn’t work whatsoever. I get 9 million notifications that my car is unlocked when I’m clearly seeing that it is locked. I honestly will not buy another Nissan because of this app. It’s ridiculous.
Never Works
This app has been so far the worst amongst the cars I’ve owned. It’s always loading, slow, and hardly accurate. Nissan needs to get it together!
Won’t update unless you live in good ATT service
My biggest yank with this is the car won’t talk to the app unless you have bang on ATT service where it is parked. You cannot even connect your car to WiFi and have this app update. NISSAN needs to do better and allow the car and the app to use WIFI to talk to each other. Not all of us live in a great ATT area. One star til that changes.

A bigger hassle than it needs to be
On 85% of the time you use the app your car will not not be listed and it will request that you rescan your vin#. Once you reenter the vin the app will randomly drop the car from your profile and ask you to reenter the vin#.
2025 Rouge Battery Drained
On two occasions three months apart I tried finally using the app to start my 2025 Nissan ROGUE after not being able to use it for a year and a half after I purchased the car. On both tries after a day or two I go out in the morning to my car only to find my battery completely dead. Can’t even unlock the door with the keypad. I’ll take it to the dealer. They say everything looks fine after they charge the battery l/ changed battery. But clearly they are not understanding that the app is draining the battery so they never even tell me to stop using it or report it ! I’m too busy for these inconveniences that’s why I keep a new to avoid this but clearly even a new car is a problem smh . Nissan fix this !

Don’t waste your time. Nissan is just squeezing money out of people for services that should come with the vehicle to begin with. What a joke of a company.
Absolutely useless
This app was probably made by a high school kid. It’s full of bugs. I’m constantly logged out, which shouldn’t be that big of a deal. But then it will forget my login info or just tell me I need a new password. Or like today it just tries to load a terms of service page and won’t do anything. It’s a cool idea that I can unlock and lock the doors, except it never works. Whenever I check my car it tells me it’s unlocked. Even when it’s locked. It’s useless.

Forgot my car
Didn't use the app for a bit so it deleted my vehicle from the profile. Why? Such a dumb app. Re-registering is such a pain I think I'm not going to bother and just uninstall
