Be careful
I used it on holiday in Dubrovnik. When left i removed my account on app but week later i was charged some unrecognisable money. I downloaded the app again, and i logged into my delated account finding that all my card details were still there. I rang them and was told to write an email with explanation. I did so but no one replies. Basically i still cannot remove my details and just waiting for another charge.

Can’t even make an account
Would love to use the app but I’ve been trying to make an account for 3 hours. It tried sending a code to my phone twice and now after that says I’ve attempted to many login attempts. But this prompt will not go away. Very frustrating

No way to distinguish between scooters when there are more than one in an area.
Lights do flash but only after you've "started" your rental -- you don't know which scooter you're getting before that.
Some scooters are badly maintained. The one I got didn't work at all. Still the app charged me over 2€ even though I stopped the rental after a minute and the location of the scooter hadn't changed at all.
The app, in short, is lacking at least two obvious features: 1) identify the scooter beforehand -- like show the license plate number perhaps? 2) notice failed rentals and don't charge the user, instead give them a way to report the scooter for attention and servicing.

Cool idea, poor execution
Cool idea, but app does not work so we never got a chance to use the scooters :(

Thought it was too good to be true that it was this simple to hire/rent a small scooter, having travelled in many European countries and in Asia this was by far the easiest way, thank you to the team to help set it up. I’m sure there will be many more journeys as we did in Dubrovnik.
