App is not working!
I have previously used the App, but recently after “updates” it will not open after entering my name and password. I have deleted the App (multiple times) and reloaded it, but to no avail. There is some bust in the app and it should be corrected. I can however log in via the website, however the functionality on the web is not ideal.

I can’t even log in. App just freezes. As important as this app is, this is annoying and it’s exhausting. Just trash

The City of New York Should Be Ashamed…
The application for the the retirement system for employees of the City of New York is an embarrassment to New York City. There’s no app preferences available and it’s glitchy AF! And what happened to dark mode?! It’s like somebody wrote this program on a 5.5” floppy disk and the city is just too cheap to upgrade. I pay way too much in taxes and they can’t even provide a decent app. SMH.

MyNYCERS REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER WITH THIS APP IF YOU FORGET YOUR NAME OR PASSWORD YOU TRY TO RESET IT IT WON’T LET YOU RESET IT AND THEN SAYS ERROR TRY AGAIN AND IT’S REALLY A SHAME THAT THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS WITH THIS APP MYNYCERS THE COMPANY REALLY NEED TO INVEST IN THE BETTER APP. It really is a shame that NYCERS cannot invest some money into a much better app & website. Too many glitches and bugs. I’ll be more detailed and say it’s the sign on glitch! It’s totally bad!
Once signed on, it’s pretty decent how you can become self sufficient and complete task online without mailing forms the antiquated way.
Even after typing in the TOTALLY correct user & password, the system indicates that it’s incorrect 😐
Then, when you shoot for a password reset, the link NEVER arrives to your email on file!!
Get it together guys! NYCERS provides service to way too many folks to have an insufficient platform!

no way to log on
tried to get on with my phone,ipad,MS edge and google chrome without success multifactor authentication error. so i guess i have to hope they send me whatever the secure message was in the mail.bravo!!

New app is garbage, it doesn’t even recognize its own OTP. No way to login on mobile phone with a non working app

Visit website for updates.. still unsuccessful. Visited office to request update… still not resolved. Tiresome!! Years of service remains incomplete. Needs a lot of work and attention!!

This have to be one of the worst apps ever created. Is quite embarrassing that this app or service is for the financial benefit of the people and yet the app crashes often, if you forget your password is incredibly hard to find a way to reset it because it sends you to a page where you don’t need to be instead of RESETING and CREATING A NEW PASSWORD. What is this app made out of fake money?

Ive been trying to complete a buyback application for 7 months, and they only now tell me I need a form 321 and that it will take almost 2 years to do it. And who knows what they will say in two years. It’s time to lawyer up.

Something wrong with this App, I am able to get in but access any information , kept on getting error messages to contact NYCERS , contacted. them several times , but tech ever called back , I am still in limbo .

For the amount of money that Nycers spends on management, one would imagine you could have an app that works in largest city in the United States. It is horrible.
