UI is very frustrating
Since I don’t have a computer only a smartphone, it’s nice to have an app to submit receipts. However, the app leaves a few things to be desired. Even though I have the “save username” turned on, the app never remembers my username. Ever. Also, it times out after a very short amount of time. No, not a short time of inactivity like EVERY OTHER app out there; no, I will be in the middle of submitting a claim and it will just log me out. A couple other maybe nitpicky things could be better, like let me type in numbers for the dates instead of those insane scroll lists and don’t ask if I have a receipt, just let me submit the receipt and that will answer your question. It’s also weird that the company has to deny and then resubmit every item I claim but that’s more about the company rather than the app. Still….. do better, PSA.

Good to use
Helps me to reimburse before able to reach a computer. Really helpful!
Easy to use
Very easy to upload receipts for reimbursement and see your balance. Haven't had any issues with it.
Needs a lot of work
Slow and always logs me out even when I ask to remember my username name. I have to physically call to get logged in sometimes.
Accounting Issues
I can see they are putting incorrect claims to my account and it doesn’t appear to be corrected timely, so my available balance is incorrect. This shows for multiple transactions.
Difficult to use
This app is super challenging to use- changing defaults, not saving providers and regularly logging you out while you are actively using.
I’d love a card again- this is too time consuming.

I absolutely love this app and wish it was promoted more often. I was disappointed using the desktop web interface only to discover the app many years later.
Hard to get your money back
Hard to ever get reimbursements. Rules seem to change based on who you are talking to. They are quick to reject everything!
