Love the app, website and the support team
I love this app and I love the website and especially their support team. About a year or so ago I got hacked and someone spent $20 on the website. They didn’t have a way to refund the money because it was purchased through a third party seller, so they offered me two options for compensation instead. I chose one, and I don’t remember all the whys and wherefores but they ended up giving me both. Now I’m having a few problems and they are working very kindly and very graciously to help me. I’ve rarely come across a support team as considerate and helpful as theirs. I love that on the app they make it easy to get free coins and their chapters don’t cost 200+ coins to open. Usually they’re more in the area of 30-40 coins which is actually far less than a lot of apps do for their chapters. Of course, there’s always still the option of being patient and allowing the timer to run out to open one chapter at a time. Overall this is one of my three favorite reading apps, and again one of the few that has such a great support team.

Love this app but do wish you can earn coins to be able to read more without paying but the books are great

Im really invested in a story right now but it is so difficult to get coins without paying. It is so agitating and puts me off using the app, i would happily watch unlimited adds for 50 coins per turn but its only 6, on top of that the chapters are too short!
