Nothing opens

When i open the app all i get is the welcome page. I scroll through that and then nothing. It takes me nowhere.

Unable to load any images

I have tried for countless days since having this app for my machine to find a converter which will allow me to use custom designs as stated I could in a “seamless” fashion however, nothing if the sorts has seemed to be the case as it’s impossible to find a way to get my image in the correct format which the app will allow, which makes no sense as it only allows file types over never heard of and not even able to find when searching, this could just be an issue for myself. However, it has still caused me to have great frustration with this app and thus I cannot recommend to anyone
