Please update the app so that you may response to the customer service representatives when they respond to your request in the app. The app immediately crashes when you get ready to type a response in the message field.

Again, Can't use the new app because car warranty has expired and not renewable. I’m unable to remove this. Please fix. Otherwise I loved the old app.

Very handy
I never think to schedule an appointment for an oil change until 9 o'clock at night and this app makes that possible. Very easy to maneuver too
HELPFUL
Since I already have my service plan paid for. I can send my wife one of my services and she can just take it into the dealership and have the service work done. Less confusion and less stress.

Doesn't work!
App doesn't work. Especially when the dealership don't add your info correctly and you can't get customer service email on the app to send a message to them. Comes back failed several times. Don't get this app. Not worth the frustration!
