CANNOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
I used this website for one time use. Not only did it make me believe that it was going to fit all my information into one page as it didn’t show the page breakers initially until I bought access to my resume, but they intentionally make it hard for you to cancel your subscription! I’ve been waiting for the settings to load on my computer as that is the only way to manage your payments, however the page just does not load even though the page says there is nothing to load after refreshing. The only way to cancel your payment is to contact them which is very inconvenient and frustrating! This company is dependent on hidden subscriptions that I was not aware of. I initially paid a total of $2.35 for my resume and will be getting charged $24 for the subscription every month which I did not agree to. Complete scam!

App sucks!
Desktop works good but the app is basically worthless! Can’t edit at all.
Cancel subscription
This is Not giving opinions to cancelado not want to be charged again!!! Asking on the phone to cancel and sent email!!’ Page not allowing me to cancel !
Continuously charging
I signed up over a year ago for a membership and canceled it a few weeks later, a few weeks after that I received another charge so I called and canceled AGAIN. It has now been an entire year and I received yet another charge, when I called I spoke to a not so professional lady who refused to give me a refund. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

Great app but needs one major improvement
Overall very useful, however on mobile make it easy to add personal website TO CONTACT SECTION. I only had my LinkedIn website and I don’t need a whole other section taking up space and it’s incomprehensible why it’s so hard to move this part to contact section at top. Impossible to do on the app and very clunky to do in the website .
