Please fix this app. Crashes consistently
Anytime I try to log it the app immediately crashes after I get past the login page. Needs fixed. Pretty useless

Worst app I’ve ever tried to operate. As soon as I log in it closes the app. Since downloading I haven’t been able to use it. Needs serious improvement. Would give it less than 1 star if possible

Every time I try to log on it’ll get me to the main page and immediately crashes.
Can’t even log in and look at anything
I thought I was the issue at first, it keeps kicking me out as soon as I’ve logged in. I come to check reviews and turns out it’s not just me having this issue.
Does not work
It closes immediately after entering login information. Even removed the app and reinstalled, still the same. Completely useless.

Totally HORRIBLE!!! Times out in about 5 seconds. I would definitely give this app a 0 if only I could! Something needs to be done about ALL these issues!!!!

Can’t pull up claims. Says session is time out and sends you back to log in page.

Nothing works inside the app. You log in click anything and it logs you out. The app does nothing! Total trash and looking at the reviews it’s been broken for years. This garbage needs to be pulled from the App Store.
Terrible
This app is basically useless. It constantly “times out” and requires you to login again, which kicks you back to the main menu. So you can’t even do simple things like check your deductible. And even if it doesn’t time out, it still doesn’t really work. For instance, it doesn’t even have my state (TX) as an option for finding providers. I’ve literally never been able to get any useful information from this trash app.

It’s ridiculous !! Every time you click on ANYTHING IT THROWS YOU OUT TO RE-LOG IN!!! We really need this information. Please please fix this app!!!!
Bad App
Really bad. Nothing loads and it crashes every single day. Provider search doesn’t work ever doesn’t even show my state. Can’t even pull up insurance card. Been like this for months
