My plan Is an ansouloute shower. i have had to close buisness to become career and they want me to pay £1500 to cancel my contract the most uncompasionate ppeople's ve come across during my process . I really hope ofcom or someone gets these scammers shut down . scum

If I could give them negative rating I would. I recently received a bill of over £400 after using this app to check my data daily on my new account. I received a text last week saying I was over my limit. I checked the app immediately and found I still had more than half my data unused, so thought it was a bot sending out a text to encourage you to buy the overpriced Bolt on data package. I did not buy this as I trusted the ‘live account data’ on the app.
This happen once more a few day later. And again I immediately checked and yet again my data spend was still under half the allocation.
A day later I checked the app again and I was still well under half my data allowance however later that day my call to my partner was ‘intercepted’ by Plan.com call centre and I was told I had over spent on my data by 6gb.
And as a result my bill was now at over £600.
When I protested and said I had checked the app that morning, I was told that the app doesn’t update that quickly!!!
This in my view is pure fraud.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Very poor app, same as customer service . Avoid
The app does nothing at all, it refuses to let me view or manage any aspects of our multiple lines. Can’t view invoices, spending caps, manage billings - nothing.
When trying to fix this, or anything, through customer service, the experience is actually worse.

I’ve just been charged £1300 for my phone being on in the Caribbean for a few days . I made a couple of calls on WiFi and that was it but their data usage costs are absolutely outrageous!!!
A disgusting company … stay away from them … lots of hidden charges and basically a scam .

This people are just scam first time in my life will hear when you are not using your phone and connected to home Wi-Fi or office Wi-Fi that your data will be on. In 2 days was told my data is finished when I have been using my office Wi-Fi and home Wi-Fi. What a scam please and please avoid this company at all cost. I’d rather take a number 2 in my hand and clap, than give this company another penny of my money. After 3 years of being tied in to 4 extortionately over priced phone contracts next month I finally get away from this company. Never ever again will I make the stupid costly mistake of agreeing to something over the phone. Promised the earth and delivered me nothing, and then once cancellation period has lapsed they got you and there’s no getting out.

Complete scam company
Was 18 months into a 3 year contract with O2 who I’ve been happy with for years, after a phone call where they make it all sound great they read out the T&Cs very quickly while making you read something on a screen so you can take it in. Ended up with a new 3 year contract with my existing phone for more money I was paying and getting less data / minutes / signal and customer service than I had before. I should say no customer service. I hope the owner of this fake company gets what’s coming their way
