CANT LOG IN
I need my prescription now. Its asking me to put my emergency contact’s phone number but it wont allow me on the app i cant enter anything on the field. Guess I’ll just rot in pain then.

Whenever I open the app it always says to update. But no update available in the appstore. Also, I wanted to delete my account since, I am a dependent and I need to register through the main policy holder's account. But its always error!! Delete my account, I have all my personal information stored there!!!

Not Good app
Every time I open the app it always says update available but there is nothing to update. And every time I add a dependent it crashes.

Cannot add dependents, app crashes when birthday is clicked.

Won’t update, crashing when being used, cannot be used along with Medicard.

I missed 1 call from the nurse because I need to go to bathroom. I replied immediately when I found out that she called. And she's no longer reponding for more than 5 hrs now. Shoutout Mariea Zel Hertrudes Perina. Good luck to your app if you have this kind of employee :)

sa old sim pa din sila natawag kahit updated na no. ko app inabot pa ko ilang oras ng call nila yung pala sa old number padin natawag
Unusable
Tried to schedule an appointment but unable to do so as they tagged me as uncontactable although nobody called me. Unable to contact them through sms and calls aswell. Very poor service.
Not working on my iphone
Cannot create consultation and view history using my iphone. No issue using my Samsung so I’m guessing the issue is their ios app

The nurses are very disrespectful and arrogant they ask me if i will going to continue my consultation because of my poor signal and then they suddenly drop the call.
Will drop your call and will make u wait again for hours
will call u after 2hrs or more then will drop ur call( on mute ) and will send u email ure not available so u need to repeat the process. what a very unprofessional way to handle patients. Nurses are arrogant at times specially at night.
User inactive Update
App always ask to update I have just installed it. It accepted Medicard but keep saying user inactive but I’m an active member of Medicard. Remove this app from app store!

Puro covid lang alam nilang diagnosis
Kung ano ang uso na sakit, yun agad diagnosis nila. Like nung panahon ng covid, covid daw diagnosis tapos nung nagpunta kami medical city, simpleng flu lang pala. Wala naman alam idiagnosis mga doctor diyan basta kung ano uso yun lang alam nila

The consultation is very convenient however the app itself is a headache. When I open the app and try reload it’s not working. so I have to uninstall the app and log in again.
THE MOBILE APP IS GARBAGE
The mobile app is garbage. I am unable to access the history and the prescription. Also, its always asking to update but really no update. Its TRASH!!!
