This app is quite easy to use and has all the functionality one could ask for-especially for banking! Keep up the good work!
terrible customer service
Customer service and the resolution of problems they themselves create are never prompt, and if you don't want to be overcharged without valid reasons, don't come here. Furthermore, they take days to give you an answer without a solution.

It’s hard not living near a MyPoint CU because I’ve been with them since they were PLCU & everything I have is connected. But this app gives me 99% of anything I need from transfers, to Zelle, to depositing checks. Anything I can’t do, I can call their CS(typically). Only thing I needed to go in store for was blank checks(I was doing a deposit and they required a blank check) AND while I was at the branch, I got a new debit card(it was the picture of the beach on it).
All in all, I don’t need to be nearby a MyPoint to get all the great things I want with this app!

Trouble updating
This update just hangs, I can’t uninstall it and try to reinstall.
iPhone 8 not usable
I have an iPhone 8 and it will not update to iOS 17. So now I can’t use the app because it demands that I have to update the app but apple won’t let me update the app because it requires iOS 17 to update the app. So now I can’t use the app. Please either roll back the iOS 17 requirement or allow the older app that is pre iOS 17 to continue to work.

Using transfer to outside account
I needed to set up a process to transfer funds to an outside institution. The instructions work great. I did run into a hick-up with the final step but customer service stepped in and go me the answer. Great work. Thank you

It was working perfectly. But they had an update and now it doesn’t pass the loading phase.

I have used this app for a while. It is well laid out and easy to use for making payments, checking balances, and other banking functions. I like it better than the website. Login uses Face ID and no need to logout, just close the app. I use my phone for most of my banking. Good job.
I hate this bank
They use many predatory banking practice and are overall very difficult to work with.
