I can not open app
No way to get any form of real help
I’ve been trying to get help for weeks. I go to the activity, spend the time typing everything out, finding my receipt all over again, taking a photo, selecting the date, etc. to request help with an issue. I hit submit and it says it goes through, but literally every single time I receive no email and a ticket has never actually been made. This has occurred every single time (over 20 attempts) for three weeks.
So the only thing I could do was find an old email where I got help, reply to that and literally beg and beg for help. All they have is AI now.. literally they just send the same exact 7 pre typed messages over and over and tell me to submit a ticket through the activity……. Well I do… it doesn’t work and does nothing. And just like the few replies here, all robot replies saying to reach out with those same instructions that literally don’t work. So there is literally NO way to get help. Can I please just get help with a receipt ? I don’t understand .

Doesn’t connect
I can’t sign into my mypoints account on the app, despite my using the same exact info I used in the web browser.
Does not respond anymore
This used to be a great app as you can see from all the recent reviews. I don’t know what happened but points are not being credited and contacting customer service is useless. My Points should at least let us know they are no longer in business or whatever the reason is so that we aren’t wasting our time with them

Not a Good Survey Platform
The surveys do not payout. There is always conveniently a glitch at the end of surveys when the finish button doesn’t work. I only recommend this platform for the coupons/ rebates. It can be very slow to reach the payout threshold.
Awful Customer Service regarding my Points that just disappeared
I had about 1800 points on my account when they suddenly disappeared and showed 0 for my balance. Customer service responded and they said the points didnt expire and they told me to log out and log back in.
I did so but nothing changed so I contacted support again and the message told me they would get back to me WITHIN 30 days.
Every other attempt to contact them to recover my missing points has been wasted for nothing.
Do not waste your time or your resources using this lackluster app as if something goes wrong, support will not help you.

Scam
Tried to claim over $20 worth of points and they deactivated my account. What an absolute joke.
Doesn’t Work Anymore
This app used to work great, until I changed my password. I filed a support request and after several emails it still does not work. I have given up and will delete it for the fourth time.
Fix the issue
What is going on. How many tickets have to be submitted to get something fixed. TrueX videos had not worked for a month. It directs you back to the discover page. You took away our ability to see our open tickets, you’ve made it impossible to contact you. You have no online presence AT ALL. Have you seen the complaints on your social media! Fix the surveys how many bit labs & poll fish surveys am I going to be scammed out of. I’m due the points for completed surveys that don’t credit. Don’t tell me to put a ticket in. You insult us by not giving us credit. I’m a long time mypoints member 18yrs to be exact! Please fix this!

Games not recording
I’ve been a MyPoints user for over 25 years. I’ve always had good things to say about it and this year I started using the games to earn points. I’ve discovered several fun new games that I’m stuck with after getting the awards. While I have one game currently recording MyPoints credit, three other games I’ve downloaded are not registering with MyPoints and they will not let me submit a Help request until seven days are up. By then I will have missed out on the earliest timed awards from these games.
We need a more robust game infrastructure and way to flag problems.

Reliable & Trustworthy! One of the OG’s
I’ve been using the MyPoints app since 2019, but I honestly can’t remember when I first joined… it had to have been around 2005! They are reliable, trustworthy, and cashing out has always been so smooth! I really don’t think I’ve ever had a problem, and if you do have questions for Support, they respond quickly. With so many scammy, unreliable receipt and offers apps popping up nowadays, MyPoints has been rock solid and always comes through! I’ve been using it for MANY years and I will continue using it for many years to come!

Gone down hill
MyPoints was a good app, but now they decline any receipt you submit that is worth more than 160 or 320 points. Happened to me twice this weekend already. Can’t submit a support ticket because it says it’s already been reviewed. Disappointing that a once good app has basically become a scam

(I’d like to add that going to the page through the link provided in the responses just tells me to send a message through the ledger after logging in, and that’s the problem because it doesn’t work.) Hi there! I apologize for having to reach out here.. but I’ve been trying to get help and none of the support requests I send ever end up sending me an email.. and the ones that have go.unanswered. I just have a receipt with almost 10 offers that I’m having issues with.. I spent lot of money, and I just really need help with getting my offers processed please. Now that I’ve waited awhile, the offers are going away, and I can’t even attempt to send a help request.. I sent along everything in my email, but I can’t get help for some reason.. I’d appreciate help so much! Thank you!

Shady/ Dishonest company
This used to be great but now it’s a shady company making all kinds of excuses not to pay out the stated points. They limited me to 1 survey a day for no good reason and refused to pay out the promised points when I purchased a product listed on their on Magic Receipts web page. STAY AWAY from this company.

I have done many surveys till completion just to get only one point because I “wasn’t the right fit”

So how do you get support from this company when it gives you an authentication error message during sign up and requires you to log in to get support.

I completed an objective in monopoly go and I wasn’t credited for my $100 reward because they said the game had a glitch lol don’t waste your time use another app.
The My Points app is finally working on my iPad!
