Aștept să ajung în România și să schimb contractul cu altcineva. Aici primesc e-mail uri de deconectare pentru neplată și când plătesc, consumul și ce plătești nu e clar, facturile nu sunt clare. Nu recomand

Am incercat de cateva ori sa ma autentific, sa efectuez plata facturii, dar de fiecare data imi da eroare si nu reusesc. Am schimbat parola, dar la fel, nu functioneaza nimic. Am incercat sa fac un cont noi, pe o alta adresa de mail, dar nu se poate nici asa..

Am retrimis citirea contorului cu citirea corecta inainte sa emita factura mega umflata din cauza unei citiri gresite! Am retrimis cititea corecta iar dupa asta mi s a emis factura initiala chiar daca am retrimis pentrucrecalculare si am ajuns sa taie gazul din eroarea lor! Multumesc frumos PPC🙏

Grey and green color!
Please change the grey color from unpaid bill because is very dificult to see the difference between green and gray color because in the background is white..or better idea make a dark mode to the app!! Thanks!

I have seen today the developers reply about my previous review where I was complaining (amongst others) of the repeated request for biometric verification. I don't have that option "ticked" in the profile so the advice wasn't very helpful.
There are other issues with the app but I don't have time now to discuss them

Worst app ever
Adding 1 star because they have nice support team,but, this app has sp many bugs that will cause a lot of issue for the customers, for example at one point I couldn’t sent my index, another time it sent my index but there was no visual representation of the actual idex, another issue is that they added my wrong adress, even after many emails and call, the app is still showing the wrong adress, idk why this app called an “app”, as everthing i click redirects to their live site.. so more like a wrapper. Conclusion, avoid this app and this company, they issued me wrong bills and top of that, right now i can see the bills amount to pay, but can t see actual bills, so yeah..

Gas index not working
You can’t send the gas index within the allocated period, it said that it is not within the required period even though it is.
Miserable application
Is inpossible to open application under IOS! Prevoius one was much better! You cannot save cards or pay with Apple Pay! Not at all friendly!

Un app total nereusit
Am instalat pe telefon și nu am putut crea nici contul, dădea eroare non-stop, cu mesajul ca codul client și perechea codul de plată nu sau găsit.
