I log in use all the right log ins verified my number and info and then the app just kicks me out! Wht?? But stays taking out money but what’s the point if I can’t see it!?

Works Great

I forgot both my username and password, and after properly identifying myself I was able to change my password and login. The app itself is great. It builds your “financial house” which includes your insurance and investment accounts.

Constantly “under maintenance”

This app is very limited on what it can provide. Unlike other financial platform apps, you can’t view more than on account at a time. For example, when a spouse and yourself both have accounts, there is no way to login in a see both at once. Other apps can allow this despite being two accounts with two logins. Also, it is constantly under maintenance and told to try again later. This is a daily occurrence.

Exactly what I need

Perfect app to keep track of all my financials with the company! I didn’t like the idea of using my SIN, but I used it for my policy so I guess thats what they use to match it…

Aside from that, it all I needed to keep track of my stuff.

Very helpful tool

I’ve been looking forward to a platform where I can see all of the details of my life insurance policy in one place. I am excited to see that I can update my banking information, beneficiaries and even contact information. It’s also great to see my investment account balances all in one place, but I would like to see more than just the account balance.

The app worked for a couple of weeks. Now when I click on the icon I just get a totally white screen.

Easy to use and really helpful

Having multiple accounts and also life insurance, I love that I can see everything in the same app! I really like how you can update beneficiaries and contact information right in the app.

Not Great

Got an e-mail to try the new app, but it doesn’t recognize my username or password. Tried a couple of different times to reset, nothing works. E-mails to verify sign in and reset are addressed to my mom who passed 2 1/2 years ago, not good. This is a disappointment.

Pretty simple and easy to use app

Now I don’t have to go online to check out my policy and my Roth account. It’s cool that they have an app, just wish it was more modern style looking

I don’t understand why we have to give SIN to this app. I have a policy with the company but I don’t trust this app.

It’s Just the Website

I was very excited to see Primerica had an app. As much as I love Primerica it feels like their technology is circa 2010. With the new webpage I thought maybe they would make a big jump and have some cool new feature on a brand new app. Sadly this app just seems like the new website presented as an app. The experience is terrible. Instead of seeing everything in the app you actually have to sign in twice. Once for life insurance and once for investments. That is not a great user experience and does nothing different than the website links. What a letdown and disappointment.

Requires your SIN

This app requires you to enter your SIN and give permission for it to be used to identify you in order to use it. Your SIN is your most sensitive identifying information and it should never be required in this way.
