Keeps locking me out.
I have it set to Faceid, password, or a passcode. After about 5 times logging in they stop working and I’m locked out. Which means changing my password again. This has happened so much that I stopped using the app. I’m glad I grabbed screenshots when I first got the photos. 100% top five worst apps I’ve ever used. So buggy, not easy to navigate, and keeps booting me.

Even though I have set my Face ID many times it reverts to having to put in a password to get into the app - frustrating!
Nightmare to log into
Access to X-rays is good if you can log in despite changing password again and again

No matter how many ways I try neither the website portal or app will let me in.
