Keeps locking me out.
I have it set to Faceid, password, or a passcode. After about 5 times logging in they stop working and I’m locked out. Which means changing my password again. This has happened so much that I stopped using the app. I’m glad I grabbed screenshots when I first got the photos. 100% top five worst apps I’ve ever used. So buggy, not easy to navigate, and keeps booting me.

Even though I have set my Face ID many times it reverts to having to put in a password to get into the app - frustrating!

Access to X-rays is good if you can log in despite changing password again and again

IMPOSSIBLE to log in - ive reset my password 3 times and it still tells me the password is incorrect.
Impossible to log in
Every time I need to see my images it is a huge struggle to log in. The app WILL NOT accept my last log in details and demands that I reset the password. Resetting the password gets no results. It just won't accept the new details, claiming that there was an error. If you try this a couple of times you will be locked out and then have to chase down a person somewhere to help. It is incredibly frustrating. I have never seen a worse app than this one.

I’v been using this MyPRP app for a while now I can’t log in it says error unable to establish connection.

I have tried for the last two days to access my results.
I’ve changed my password and checked my email and password dozens of times.
Still can’t access the app for results.
Each time I get an oops must be your user name, password or account is locked.
If it’s locked there is no access to getting it unlocked!

This is a terrible app
I logged into my account and I could see someone else’s scans and information in there.
I was unable to delete or re-register the account
Calls were not addressed

Hi, I had spent nearly two hours plus to register but end of the day I was frustrated and failed to register and then forget it. I wonder how you can help me to register because I needed badly.

Black screen
Hi, I have used this app before to view results with no issues months ago but now when I open the app I get a black screen as soon as I open it. No options no nothing just a black screen I have tried to remove it and re open it but still the same issue, I have turned phone off and on and no change, as soon as I touch the app to open I get nothing but a black screen. Not very helpful anymore.
