😒 another company getting greedier and greedier
used to be really helpful to help offset food cost, but they've recently updated the coupons to only work on LARGE bags of dry food, i have one cat.. there's absolutely no reason for me to buy a 12lb bag of dry food. so i won't be wasting my time with this anymore. waited a month for a $10 off coupon that took me months to earn just so they make me have to buy the $35 bag of food instead of the $14 bag? pass.

Sensitive stomach
Purina one sensitive skin and stomach has been great for my dog who has had a few issues with pancreatitis. It’s a great preventative to keep him out of the vets office.
Purina coupons
The Purina coupons always come in the mail in about 5 days after I order them. I usually get the cat treats for $3.00 and I get 2 bags of trash for $3.00.
Also I get extra points for reviewing the products I buy.

Top dogs
I love the purina brands for my dogs. I have four dogs and they are all on Purina and like it. They’re pretty picky dogs so considering they eat this, I consider this to be a great dog food.
Garbage Rewards
This app is very easy to earn points with and I haven’t had issues uploading receipts. However, there’s nothing to work for when it comes to those points. The rewards are actual garbage. It’s been 3+ months and there hasn’t been an update for new rewards. That last batch of reared was a bunch of ugly tshirts….people want practical items. Things like automatic feeders and litter maintaining items would be so much better than a 5,000 point ugly sweatshirt that has dogs on it…like actually be fr. when i joined the app, there was a 7k reward I wanted and was willing to save for, by the time I reached the needed points the reward was gone and replaced by the tshirts, those shirts have since come and went and there still hasn’t been an update to rewards. There are also cat food/dog food coupons that ONLY WORK WHEN ORDERING THROUGH THE APP!!!!! Stupid!!! I order through chewy so those give me absolutely nothing. There quite literally isn’t a single reward that’s worth it so you just end up sitting on 10k points for months and months and months.

My vet highly recommends purina pro plan- my cat is on the live clear and it delivers what it is supposed to. My cat looks great, feels great, is very active and my allergies are not as bad with her on it! Thank you, Purina!

I use my points for the $10 off pro plan dog food, but you recently switched it to only use for certain Purina dog food so now your points are useless to me, it is very disappointing as how expensive everything is and every little bit helps, until this I was very happy with your app. Please change this back to the way it was, thank you

Easy to submit receipts to get points, easy to use points to purchase things and they ship quickly, and sometimes they send you free stuff without asking.
Should be called the cat rewards app!
The app itself is a great idea. Unfortunately it is USELESS unless you have a cat. They constantly offer promos & bonuses for cat only products. They also offer multiple cat toys & rewards for points yet dogs remain with zero options. They have a couple weak options for small dogs but not over 50 pounds. The one time I saw a large dog option I clicked it & as soon as I clicked redeem points the page went blank & never loaded. I contacted support & Nicole said “oh, I’m not sure what happened”
so, if you have cats this is a great option for you. If you are like me & have large dogs that you spend way too much on don’t expect Purina to offer you any rewards for your loyalty.

I’ve tried everything, but as soon as I got enough points to redeem, the app won’t work. All I get is try again and won’t pull up.

Since I have joined Purina rewards, I have saved almost $200 in cat food! There are many ways to earn points, submitting receipts, physical and online or you can submit a review on any of the many Purina products. There’s games and training sessions that you can do with your dog if you have one 0 and did I mention just for earning these rewards doing simple tasks I had this great rewards page where you can pick things out and there’s a lot of free stuff too seriously this is a great app. There is one thing only one there has been three times including very recently that I have not received my $10 off coupon for the cat food but other than that it’s fantastic. The customer service is excellent. I will be calling them soon for the help.

Love the point system!
An app that I can easily access, earn points and use them towards coupons and products that I actually want to buy! My Mr Mittens loves his grilled Fancy Feasts, and the kittens (Leroy & Downy) are loving their Kitten variety packs!
The app makes it very easy to upload receipts. One thing to consider is perhaps have a way to link Purina account with Petco, PetSmart, etc-to avoid taking screen shots-my receipts are typically long 🤪
Overall, though-as a new user of this app-it’s great!
