Still not fixed
While this is another update they still don’t fix the issues the last update created. Still unable to see the dates when trying to schedule a recurring payment or later payment. Wasn’t broke to begin with. I now I actually have to set reminders to move money. Very frustrating.
Last update broke the app
Used this app daily for years, but the most recent update broke the app and now I cannot even log in. Have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling from the App Store.
App is Broken
Since “apparent” improvements, app has stopped working completely. It does not recognise the same credentials I use on website. I can no longer log in. Absolutely hopeless.
Version 3 is broken - can’t log in
As above. Was working fine until the last update. Now it tells me my username is incorrect. It’s not incorrect.
new update is trash
the new update is the worst yet! constantly have to log in using my customer number and password. biometrics use to work just fine. doesn't load properly . wasnt broken before ! it is now
Upgrade wrecked the app
Terrible!
Before the app upgrade the only problem was the font was too small making it unreadable.
Now the font is so big that the last number falls onto a new line.
Also scrolling through transactions has become difficult due to a floating date block.
Please fix this. Copy the NAB app as it is perfect.

I have tried to 'update' this app for weeks!!
Like so many others I get told I have a problem with an Apple payment??
I have to sign into Apple, and I'm told my Apple ID is incorrect!
I thought I had been hacked!
I ended up changing my Apple ID password several times. Calling Apple to see if I had been hacked- it certainly acts as though it is compromising my Apple security somehow!
And I have NO WAY of checking my account, because RAMS is ALL ONLINE!!
If it ain't broke guys.... This issue alone has me looking for to refinance with another lender.

Would give zero stars if possible!
App no longer works. States you need to update app but sends you around in circles trying to do so. Please fix!

Endless Loop
For the last 8 days I’ve attempted to open the RAMS App and it will only allow “update” so I select update and it takes me to the App Store.
I select the app, which hasn’t been updated, and I start the whole process again of only allowing “update” and you can guess the rest.
I attempted report it to RAMS but received an email saying that it fell outside the parameters of their support so they couldn’t help.

There is no update the app reads update and there is no update
This app is no longer working every time you open the app it tells you to update but there is no updateThis needs to be fixed ASAP
Cannot login
Simply can't login after setting up faceid, terrible!
Horrible app
The app is glitchy and often offline for “maintenance” which doesn’t help if you need access to your money. It also has a poor user interface and gives you limited information. It deserves a zero-star rating.
Issue with app
The app is requesting an update but there is no update to install. Otherwise when app is working i have no issues of functionality etc.
Never had a problem until last update
Just problematic trying to update on an iOS device - app won’t let me in until I update, but App Store doesn’t show any update.
Breaking change
Latest version asks you update the app, but the App Store doesn’t have a new version to download.
