Please remove self promoting ads.

Please remove the new self promoting ads, when I log into my account to see my balance etc! This is a new frustrating extra! No I’m not a nurse and no I don’t want to do your survey! I tried to turn it off but it would not let me, It’s a glitch in the ap. I’ve tried many times and the Ap will not let me turn off the marketing messages when I go into the customise accounts Home Screen option. It will let me change other option but the marketing is permanent.
It only started when I recently updated. Can you please fix this glitch in the ap. Thank you.
