Not a good start!
Open page of app does not have an option to creat a new user login. I have just purchased a system….how do I create an ID
No service
Have been trying to for weeks to talk to someone, our installer no longer in the industry, yet they refer back to the installer, no back up for this product keep clear
Terrible App
Rubbish, continually going offline, no immediate help desk, goes offline for months at a time, we have no idea whether our system is working. Redback has to lift their game or go redundant
Keeps logging me out since update
Ever since the update the app logs be out regularly
Widgets!
App works perfectly fine for me with a single inverter and battery setup. I would love to see Home Screen widgets added so I don’t have to open the app every time I want to see my usage and production.
