Crashes all the time companies basically broke as cloud services never work , do not get

After spending thousands on a system the app is rubbish my grandson could write a more fluid and usable app than what you have presented to me
Bring back original app
When we first signed up 5 years ago, the iPad app was visually user friendly and the data displays were impressive and informative. Unfortunately, the current app is pretty useless if you want to understand the usage amounts and levels. It almost appears to be too simplistic. Please, either return to the original, or update to a more enticing display.
