Exceptional App
This app is the most resourceful app I’ve ever used. You’re able to send questions directly to your doctors and they respond quickly with answers. You can request meds and get responses once they’re sent to pharmacy. It has all your appointments listed whether it’s doctor, physical therapy, surgery, etc.. It’s a quick reference if you’re out and need to know what’s scheduled on your calendar already and/or your history of your health.

Great hospital
Riverside has spent many years improving their ability to service our community with update procedures and equipment!! They do a fantastic job caring for their patients.
Saving my life
My doctors at Riverside seem to check for a lot of stuff. They have certainly saved my life a time or two. I am 58 and I feel as good as I did 30 years ago , minus my knee, which is getting replaced in 2 weeks. Thank you all!
Riverside is Great
I relocated outside of Bourbonnais and chose to keep my medical providers. I don’t regret that decision. I have caring, attentive doctors, PAs and NPs that spend the time to understand your needs and concerns and direct an action plan that benefits you.
The facilities are clean, my appointments start on time and parking is not a hassle like in Chicago. It’s worth it to me to make the drive for a stress free experience.

Nothing
Nothing is listed in my chart including my doctor. I have had many conversations with her via the app but they are not here. If fact the app can’t even find my doctor.

I’ve been a patient for over 30 years and the patience, dedication, loyalty, and all around professionalism is immeasurable. Portal is not working for me
I tried to send Dr. Meredith Good a message yesterday on 2 issues. The first one went through ok & the person at the front desk told me Dr. Meredith Good responded to it. The second part of my msg never got sent. Please help. I have tried 2 ways: (1)Going through the Riverside icon and (2) Going through MYCHART that I can use with Bon Secours, OrthoVirginia, John’s Hopkins, where it now says Riverside has a working link too.
