No water supply go complaint also cannot process to next what’s the lousy app
I been tried so many times to enter to the complaint due to no water at the end still the same!!! Cannot go thru earlier have WhatsApp or phone call now all cut it off already what’s a really poor Johor Supply ever come across its time to get a change really pissoff

So bad always loading even what to pay still slow. Bad process please keep it up and improve apps. Make its easy and fast
Cannot open the apps
Already install and uninstall few times. One day can open the apps, next day/month cannot. It’s say updated but cannot open the apps. So, I try to uninstall and install it again. So troublesome. Please work on it.

I’ve been using this apps about 4 months and suddenly this apps won’t working like usual . I try to uninstall then download back the apps still the account said “ ERROR “ . I don’t know how to solve this . Please check on this because i need to pay the bill ASAP !!!!
Paid bill but not reflected on next month invoice
Like my title, I have paid your bill through your app. But the next invoice keep mention I haven’t paid the bill on previous month. It has happened few months until I just realised in recent. Please fix this issue.

Apps always crashed, payment update status on apps delay quite significant long, acc cant be added and error shown something wrong. Cant view bill, summary not appear on front page dashboard anymore - learn from TNB apps please , their apps smooth, realtime payment status update, bill and acc can be added seamlessly.

Paid My Bill, But App Still Says Overdue – Please Fix!
This app is extremely frustrating. After paying my water bill in full, the app still shows my account as “overdue”. This creates confusion and unnecessary stress. A utility app should update in real-time or at least reflect the correct payment status within a reasonable time.
Besides that, the app is slow, sometimes crashes, and doesn’t always show important updates like water disruptions or billing details. Please fix this system urgently – we rely on it for essential services.

Lousy app
Can’t login after downloaded. Keep prompting error and asked to try again later. Went to SAJ website to login instead. What’s the point of having an app that can’t be login?

Registered, server cannot be detected. Cannot activate account. Whatever for?

When i log into the app to check the bill it won’t show keep saying error this already happen a lot of time i have check my wifi network and my cellular data it doesn’t have any problem at all this app is problematic please fix this it really annoying me

Installed the app, create account, verify in email, paid the outstanding. Called SAJ and they told me I paid online. Zero hassle. U guys shud try it out. Btw, I’m doing it on iPhone.
