Not functional

States fields are empty when entering details, can’t even use the app. Tried deleting and re-downloading. Same issue.

Ongoing issues

Having to follow up on meal entertainment claims every time they are submitted case managers different one each time promises it will be rectified but again have to follow up the next week now have rung 3 consecutive weeks - very frustrating no complaints manager to speak with app often doesn’t accept code having to reset all over again - experiencing problems over last 5 months at least- I’ve used different packaging providers before with no issues- SPP seriously need to review their claims management processes.
