App not working
Tried to delete, restart, login/logout. App doesn’t work.
Still not working
For two weeks. Incredibly inconvenient when already a sub par experience.
Can’t search for school.
The “Now Find Your School” button is grayed out and cannot be selected. Choosing “App Support” takes you to the company website but the contact given is only for school administrators.
App would not work
We tried to use this app for a school function. After multiple attempts to get it to work, I gave up.

Easiest way to pay our school. Was able to find the school by name and make a payment within minutes of installing the app, which was convenient!
