Useless

Can’t log in at all via the app. I’ve had the same experience as other with the endless loop of registering, then trying to sign in only to be asked to register again. When I try to log on via the website it just loads forever.

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS TRASH APP!

I wish I would of read the reviews before I did this. It had no problem getting all my personal info! DONT USE THIS APP!

Does not work

This app doesn’t work
You go in a loop of adding your information just to end up in the same loop!
I downloaded the app because their website is broken too!
I guess they can’t afford having a working site or app after paying millions $$$$$ to their executives🤷🏻‍♀️

Pointless

Continuously asks for the member ID and zip code and won’t actually register the account. Neither the app or the website are functional. Full redesign needed. I’d expect more from a United HealthCare company.

Literally just trying to get a provider list

After asking me for all this information & registering on both the app and the website, neither have the ability to fully load or show me anything useful. It just prompts me to enter the same information over and over. Neither platforms work.. so what I'm wondering is how I get a list of providers without a platform to even view my account/policies ???

Won’t let me sign in

App is useless for me so far. It asks for my member ID and zip code, spins for a little bit then goes back to asking me for my member ID and zip code again. I’ll try again later but judging from the reviews the app will probably not be working…

Useless

Like the other reviewers said, this app is useless garbage. When trying the register and log in for the first time (even when doing so on a laptop/desk top first), it says my first or last name don’t match or that my member ID or zip code are incorrect even though I know all all correct. Desktop site is equally worthless after registering. When I log in, the main page loads for a second showing a successful log in, then it disappears, and the SHL/HPL logo spins and spins until it times out.

Did they even test it???

Total and complete incompetence. Same as what the other reviewer said. Both app & website show spinning circle after logging in and then sits there for a couple of minutes until it errors out. What drop out made this app? Did they even test it?

Issues on the app and website

I’m trying to register on the app and it keeps having me retype my zip code and member ID and it keeps showing red when I know both are correct I deleted and redownloaded and it does the same thing. The website just spins and spins after trying to register! This is ridiculous

Cannot register mobile app account

Online account has been set up, but even after mobile website redirect to sign in, it brings me back to the registration page to ask for member ID and zip code. The other fields are populated, and once these two fields are filled in, I press submit, and it refreshes the page with the same two fields empty and highlighted in red. I know the information I put in is correct. No error notifications pop up after submission either.

Helpful information-can’t wait for more!

This is great—I can pull up my ID card in the app real time when I’m in the doctor’s office. I also looked up and found my copay so I knew what my visit cost (cost-share) would be before scheduling my procedure. Thanks SHL! Keep it up!
