It’s a link not an app
Has no unique function. Essentially it just opens a mobile version of the website which you’d get anyway by using any phone browser. Doesn’t allow for biometric login or saved user info to even make it that much more convenient.
Not a well developed app
Coming from using MyChart, this app is crippled. Every time I launch, I am required to log in and my Face ID and push notifications are never remembered

Still can’t log out. Also, it would be very beneficial if the notification I received in my email about results would pop up on the site immediately upon logging in from the link in the email message.

Terrible
Awful. Does not work most of the time. Does not remember to use facial recognition. You must hunt down the function you need in unrelated tasks
Wish the app would change
Horrible app for results! Doesn’t work well as the app keeps bringing you to the website to log in. When you set up biometrics they still ask for login and never use the biometrics. Some appointments show in app some don’t.

This is like a very far removed cousin of MyChart. It is never loading and difficult to even find information that should be in there. Zero starts if possible!
Now I Remember why this app is horrible.
Fire the developer of this app. It is a horrible waste of time. Thank god this developer is not a doctor.
Cumbersome
The app is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Does not remember login information or approval to use FaceID or other alternative login methods despite having set them up previously. Does not remember established doctor relationships or automatically populate information for appointments. Muddle my way through and aggravation every time I use it. Cannot message support. Terrible.

Dog poo
I tried to register my mother for this app who is going through cancer and receiving all her treatments at Silver cross. Since October 15th I have been unsuccessfully in registering her. It keeps denying her enrollment. I’ve called multiple number related to the Sliver cross portal and even the hospital itself! I’ve gotten the run around and no one can help me. Silver cross please do yourself a favor and switch to mychart. This App is dog poo!!!!

Not helpful at all
I recently moved to the area and previously I had multiple providers who used their version of MyChart so all my health providers could see my info from my other providers-including my dentist. It appears silver cross tries to make their own app and it is truly awful. It doesn’t work great. It’s hard to navigate and as someone near 40 who is used to navigating apps I cannot even imagine others less technologically inclined trying to use this. This app needs a lot of work to be patient friendly.

This app is horrible. It does not save facial or username. This app keeps stalling too.
Login Issues
Face ID doesn’t work. It’s doesn’t save user name. It’s easier to login through a browser. It’s also hard to find messages.
FaceID Not Functioning and Cannot Link to Other Medical Providers
Embarrassingly clunky user interface and cannot link records to other medical providers, such as those available via MyChart. Oh, and FaceID doesn’t work, requiring me to enter my login and password each time I log in.
Frustrating!
Password management on this app is horrendous. Doesn’t recognize my ID or password. I reset everything try to log back in and it fails again and so on and so on in an endless loop and no way to reach anyone or open a ticket. If they can’t even get password management right what do you think they’re doing about protecting privacy? And as an aside their websites, no better.

Face ID
Face ID doesn’t work. Have to manually enter email address and password. I have Face ID selected.
Wonky
Since the last upgrade, (I think) face ID no longer works for me and I manually have to type in my email and password-which is a nuisance. Face ID worked for me for a long time prior.
