AWFUL. Fix it!!!
I’ve had Slomins for about 3 years now. The app has always been bad. It’s extremelyslow to load, it will notify me when nothings there but WONT notify me when someone Is there. And most recently— it just doesn’t load the cameras anymore. Highly considering cancelling this company and going elsewhere. At least then I’ll get my moneys worth. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This app is HORRIBLE sometimes it works but for the most part it does not work properly I just wish I could give it ZERO STARS .. Slomins needs to do better.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. does not deserve any stars.The doorbell never works properly so I will go with the ring doorbell.sometimes you can’t even connect to the WiFi it’s just horrible.

I’ve been a paying customer since 1995, my camera never works, or one day it works and the next day it’s not working , had repair people here many times, after a few days still not working. I suggest you get a ring doorbell camera bc slomins isnt worth it. Ps, don’t bother leaving them a message they never acknowledge your phone call or email.

Stay away
I signed up for Slomin's with the expectation that it would be better than the DIY companies. I was incredibly wrong. Save yourself the headache and use Ring or SimpliSafe.
