Crappy App for IOS users!

I can’t submit a report without a description & I can’t access the text box at the bottom of the screen to type a description. ‘Been like this since forever. Android users rave about the App. Please take some effort & fix your App!!!

Hangs on launch. Unable to contact support

The app errors on every launch. Attempting to report using support page in app results in crash. App is useless
