Terrible purchase
App cannot connect to device. Might as well have bought the non WiFi model. Support is useless. Awful app and customer service.

This is just a terrible app. It shows you the cost of your usage but doesn’t allow you to enter your electricity price so can it calculate your cost?

Here’s my hack for everyone: Just pick a temperature and leave it there all the time. Yes, even through the summer(!).

WiFi pairing impossible
I have tried pairing my device multiple times but get no where. I reached out to support and got no response. I’m happy I paid for a smart thermostat and cannot connect it.
Horrible app
Just trying to get it to authenticate my email address. Starting with bogus QR code on the instructions. I looked up the app in the App Store. Good grief this is the worst app I’ve ever encountered.
Utter garbage!
Worst piece of software I've seen in my life with the matching cloud support. Account can only be created from the app, from the web you only can login... or can you? It never worked for me. To create account the app asks for your email and the new password twice. You are not allowed to paste into any field in the app - you have to type everything manually. You cannot use password manager either. You cannot login with Apple or Google. Ok, you entered everything manually and it wants you to enter the code sent to your email. Guess what - that email never comes. I tried with three different email addresses. Even without email confirmation account still considered created. If you try to create new account with this email it would tell you that email is already used. Now try to reset the password (it can only be done from the web, not from the app. You enter the same email again and it tells you that email is not found. Check mate. Utter garbage. And that is after you pay $350 for their WiFi enabled thermostat. It is not frustrating - it is disgusting!

App took 20 attempts till I’d finally connected to new thermostat. Then it constantly crashes. I wish I never installed this thing.

Doesn’t someone from Laticrete pay attention
This really is a terrible app. I don’t get the organization, logic and lack of usablity of it. Keep hoping for a decent update but nothing .
Laticrete makes some fine materials, I understand UI and App development may not be a strength but this is a total embarrassment.

Garage app
Probably the dumbest app ever tried to set up - deleted immediately
Wished we had known about this before the contractor installed our heated floor
Have to ditto all the comments regarding poor reviews - no matter who we have talked to or efforts to get this app to work, it crashes. App is worthless- the manual control for the floor takes a bit to manage but we just leave it on 24/7. Has not impacted our electric bill so far.

Cannot even get Laticrete to send me an email to verify my account so I can attempt to set up wifi.

This app does not work and based on the reviews it hasn’t worked for years now. Gives an error code that you can’t find anywhere online. Very disappointed, I should have went with schluter.
Worst App ever
Nothing intuitive about this app. Cannot connect it to my iPhone. Does not recognize my ORBI ROUTER. Buyer regret is very high with this product, it’s a waste of money. I’ve had floor heat before and it worked great. But this was a new construction condo and I paid extra for this feature which I can’t control. Hoping I can get satisfaction through the developer and my warranty. Caveat Emptor with Laticrete Strata Heat.

Doesn’t Work
I get that the company is not in the software business but when you are selling a premium product that is dependent on a app, the app should work. I have not been able to get it to actually even stay open to use. I have had to program the thermostat manually with the features I bought the thermostat unable to be used. Can’t recommend the app or the thermostat because of it.

Yikes. Embarrassingly bad app
I was doubtful it was soo bad when I read the other reviews, but yes it’s really that bad. I’m going to now spend $100s to see if I can replace the controller, so I have a useable WiFi-enabled thermostat.

I got the WiFi to work but the app crashes before it even loads.
Just why
This app is so unnecessary. First, I only downloaded hoping to connect my device to WiFi. The UI is so needlessly confusing and poorly done. There’s no guidance or explanation and it makes the device feel even cheaper and poorly made. Do better please!
