I love the convenience of being able to start up my car and allow to warm up before I leave using the Subaru app, thank you. I also appreciate the Climate presets, that helps a lot. That was easy!

Always getting network down messages. Try again later. It would be nice to start my car in hot/cold weather on an app that I paid for. It’s nice WHEN actually works. And yes I had strong cell signal.
Great app, changes I would love to see futurely
Overall the app works well. Now keep in mind your phone service is a factor at times and 9/10 times you won’t have issues. You also remote start from very long distances.
I wish you see the name/current setting on the main screen, without having to click on view start settings or climate settings to see other options. Even better would be able to have a 1 or two settings to choose from on the Home Screen before I click on start.
A dark mode would greatly love to see as well.
Overall I recommend this app/service to any Subaru owners and I will continue to buy this service with any Subaru I purchase.

Loving the app
I love all the features of MySubaru app. I can start my car on chilly days so I don’t have to get into a cold car. The app also keeps track of the “health” issues of my car. I had low air in my tires and the app told me which ones. I can also look up my maintenance schedule. Worth every penny!

App is pretty good overall
Great app but sometimes takes a little while for engine/door to turn on/unlock which is understandable. I really like using the app on the apple watch to turn the engine on, but once in a while it would tell me it is already on which it isn’t. So then I have to pull my phone out and turn it on from there. Otherwise, great app to use.

While this is a good app some improvement is needed such as the ability to detect when a door or window is left opened.🤔

Please fix the app because you cannot paste the password to login. It is super super annoying!
I have no problem with the app. Works fine for me with remote restart. However, it needs to have a preset option for my winter settings to heat the steering wheel!! Cabin and seat warms up nicely only to enter vehicle with a cold wheel. Otherwise, great job and no issues.

Neither the app nor the website will let me set up an account. I don’t even get an error message. It just sits on the screen.

The most reliable car I’ve ever had! I feel completely safe going on road trips by myself. My 2024 Crosstrek has given me my freedom!
Could be better
Good app tells you what you need the bad part. You can only auto start twice a day that’s it twice a day not enough, especially in cold weather should be unlimited.

I been trying to set up my account but I keep getting “oops something went wrong, try again later”
Auto start not working after AUG 20th update
Auto start and locate my car no longer work after most recent update. I’ve tested the MySubaru app on two different phones and get the exact same ‘MySubaru Services are temporarily unavailable’ message. Remote Start and Locate Vehicle both fail. The vehicle has been manually started and driven for over 30 minutes. This started immediately around the time of the recent MySubaru update.
