This is great! I can call my husband to unlock my car should I leave the keys inside. Just have to be hopeful he answers the phone.

Works sometimes.
This app has let me down numerous times. It malfunctions when you need it most. If you’re around public WiFi, it usually fails. I’ve done all the fixes recommended by customer service to no avail.

There’s a bunch of subscriptions for my car and I apparently signed up for the one that doesn’t todo anything useful so I had to upgrade to the security plan. There’s four other plans and even the support people can’t seem to understand the difference. Mostly my issue is this app has been around for a while and it’s still awkward and annoying to use. For as much money as I spend on this vehicle the customer experience is very poor.

This app is great. Super convenient way to remote start out Subaru and keep track of all of its maintenance. I love how you can check the doors and lock them remotely. I will continue to use this app for sure!

I live most everything about this app. Being able to remotely start the car is my favorite thing about it. I do wish it had the features of allowing you to operate the vehicle without your keys like the BMW app does. The pricing is also kind of mind boggling for me… when you get something free from BMW but Subaru charges a somewhat hefty price for it something is off.

It’s a reliable app that simplifies travel in extreme weather. Cold out? Warm it up. Hot out? Cool it off.

We live in a place with very cold or freezing mornings. The start up feature from my living room is great to warm up my car.

Subaru won’t even take my money for their worthless app.
I’ve been trying for almost two years to give Subaru more of my money so I could have access to features they locked me out of. But their app won’t allow me to create an account. For two years, I’ve tried to get someone - ANYONE - to resolve this issue. For two years, they have failed.
Stop adding lock out features that your company isn’t capable of supporting. If you can’t run your business to support your product, don’t sell that product.
