C’est inutile

Je rejoins les nombreux avis qui parlent de déconnexions intempestives. Comment depuis plus de 3 ans c’est possible ? On parle d’un des leader du poêle à granule et c’est ça votre application ? Une honte.

Poêle déconnecté

Après avoir éteint le poêle pendant l’été lors de la remise en tension le poêle a disparu de l’application et depuis il m’est impossible de le reconnecter, plusieurs demandes de contacts et aucune réponse à ce jour. Pas satisfait du tout.
