It’s not allowing me to use it on iPads.
On and off..
Sometimes working, sometimes not..
Problem with SWPs, RT9909 is not working, not allowing me to select things..
I’ve returned one pack, and it’s not letting me to do another..

Clunky, not easy to use

Why oh why. The old app worked a lot easier than this. It’s like Network Rail want to make things harder for the sake of it. Certainly won’t increase efficiency, just create more issues. THANKS.
I am understand that the app has been made in collaboration with NWR & it adheres to 019. But the app is not user friendly & it has glitches. I have contacted customer services & replies are lacking.
