Login in and password management awful. Why do we not have a view password at the end of the password input field.

Clunky, not easy to use
Why oh why. The old app worked a lot easier than this. It’s like Network Rail want to make things harder for the sake of it. Certainly won’t increase efficiency, just create more issues. THANKS.
I am understand that the app has been made in collaboration with NWR & it adheres to 019. But the app is not user friendly & it has glitches. I have contacted customer services & replies are lacking.
