they literally made wait a whole day so when they come they say it’s too dirty we can’t wash it 😂, why would i call you then if its not ? I told the guy i’m gonna write a bad review and he said okay write. I wonder how you still working if this is your service and how you treat your customers. Too frustrated

Dont trust them
My car was picked up by their driver and was subsequently crashed. They asked me to file the insurance claim myself and said they have no obligation or responsibility. For repairs, they told me I would have to pay cash and that there is nothing they can do. They also do not offer cashless insurance or any support.

Service Quality Getting Down
I was satisfied with them in the beginning but quality decreased day by day. Late answering to messages, not arriving on time, no information about job done anymore, less quality washing (leaving some areas dirty like mirrors). I’ll cancel my subscription at the end of current package.
Extremely Unprofessional Service – Very Disappointing
I had one of the most unprofessional experiences with Mysyara. I booked a car wash service well in advance, and the appointment was confirmed for a specific time. Almost an hour after booking—and just 30 minutes before the scheduled time—I called them to make sure they arrive on time.
To my surprise, the supervisor called me back only to say they couldn’t come because they were overbooked and there was some issue with their app. This was a complete last-minute back-out from their end, with no prior communication or apology until I followed up.
When I explained that my entire day’s plan got disrupted because of their sudden cancellation, the representative laughed and said he couldn’t understand why my day got spoiled because of this. This response was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and rude.
If a company cannot manage its bookings properly or treat its customers respectfully when things go wrong, it speaks volumes about their service standards. I will definitely think twice before using or recommending Mysyara again.

Itried to cancel my subscription a couple of times but icant in the application i also tried in the website and still cant and even though i contacted them in whatsapp when talked about canceling my subscription they ignored me in whatsapp

Very rigid. No support at all. First of all, whatever the coins or token you receive for referrals cant be applied for monthly subscriptions. Since I am relocating, the team is asking to cancel the membership and saying there wont be any refunds for remaining days mentioning the monthly subscription fee is non-refundable. Didnt like the communication way. The operation team is really nice, I must sat.

Pathetic customer service
Writing this review to ensure that the concerned team takes a closer look at the miserable quality of customer service offered.
I have been using MySyara continuously over the last 6-7 months and have had 0 complaints. Always spoken highly of the quality of service offered on ground.
Todays incident changed my opinion completely - on buying a monthly cleaning package, I was confident to be a loyal customer over the next year or so.
Unfortunately, my monthly booking schedule is that of Saturday 3-5pm. I called up the customer care service today, to request a rescheduling as I’m out of country this Saturday.
The customer service executive first mentioned that rescheduling isn’t possible as per terms and conditions. On repeating my request he mentioned that the rescheduling would cost be AED 15. I was confused how he changed his stance on this matter so quickly, hence I asked him to show me where this is mentioned in terms and conditions.
There is NO mention of rescheduling charges/rescheduling not possible in t&c on the app.
On calling him back, I explained that I genuinely need the car washed but he didn’t seem to care about the genuine concern.
I’ve requested to cancel my subscription and refund the amount.
A classic example of a good customer app having poor customer service.

Unreliable
They sent me unprofessional incapable 3rd party who was supposed to help me jump-starting my car. Reached late and didn’t manage to do the job although I mentioned there is an issue with the rear light that is draining the battery.
His main purpose was to sell me a battery that tremendously exceeds the market value. Noting that the battery change only won’t fix the situation.

Don’t buy this booklet from their agent they’re gonna lie to you and convince you that you will get points on the app to use them for car wash and that the booklet is full of car wash coupons and then you will get shocked that the points you have can not be used to cover all the service you can only use 10 and have to pay for the rest from your own money so do yourself a favor and get your car serviced and washed properly without getting robbed!!!!

Fraud
I had a small noise in cars left brake caliper. Mechanic advised to change shocks, engine and gear mounts, break pads, etc. Almost complete transmission. This is stupid, total fraud. Just one month ago i got fixed the complete transmission including all the boots etc.

Their mechanics people are bunch of scammers, they take the car over for a whole day to diagnose it then they bill you on every part of the car to charge you with a fortune, then you ask them what are the important stuff the fix and they don’t have an answer for that, they say they need another day to get an answer.
Literally a waste of my time. The thing is, I had my car checked in prior before going to them and it’s way easier to fix it by yourself in Al Qouz instead of going to those scammers.
Need mechanical help? Absolutely not them, their co branding with the oil company made them look at you as a money machine instead of a customer who would come back to them.

Amazing App
The assistance was amazing, the guy was very helpful and he explained a lot to me, he could’ve just did his job and leave but instead explained a lot of things in my car and explained what he was doing, as a female i found his explanation really helpful to know what to do next time i have issues. Will definitely continue using this app
