Being talking about move in request approval (permit) with an agent named Doaa than out of sudden she inserted different topic in an improper way that i have to pay service fees now to issue the permit but actually i still have time till next month and i never missed the payment then i asked to talk to other agent then Nour spoke with me and she supported her colleague at the end which seemingly there is no actual professional customer service . Management of kaizen questionable

We requested many maintenance services and it all got rejected, AC power is failing, corridor don’t have AC in the floor , alots of flies in the building
