Limited functionality with complicated UI
As a client I need a few simply accessible functions :
1. Consumption graph. Daily updated. I want to have notifications if sudden spike or drop.
2. Simple statement and payment. I need pdf export for statements for my records. Optional send to email.
3. Service control - connection, disconnection, pause / resume service (vacation mode)
4. Notifications settings
5. Auto payment with reapproved amounts (let say I’m ok to auto pay every month amount of 50-80 aed, if different needs confirmation)
That’s it guys. You currently have old looking overly complicated app. Not impressed
