app keeps crashing
App keeps crashing when trying to submit self meter reading image…no option to update app so it must be the latest version.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. It does not work and I have not been able to pay my gas bill using it.
iPhone app error - not resolved last few months
iPhone app is not working to login into account management and make payment since long time atleast last few months.
Each time, I am using online website on browser alternatively to login and make payment.

Truly awful.
I never leave reviews but felt I had to express my disgust at how awful this app really is. It fails miserably at the one purpose it was meant to serve - paying your gas bills. Every step of the experience is an absolute hit or miss. It makes the company look so unprofessional, and I mean if you don’t fix this then how on earth do you expect me to pay you!? You’d think this would be a priority.
