App is not user friendly with a lot of problems, I am not able to update the self meter reading while receiving a fixed amount monthly bill, no one comes to check the gas meter and I am not sure how they apply the charges and they know my usages 🤷🏽♂️

App crashes when u want to paste anything e.g. account number during login or card number during payment. (iPhone 15 pro max latest ios version) and this is old issue now.

Can’t Sign up
I can’t sign up to this app and website; informed customer care, no action. Also they sending huge bills without checking the actual consumption. However they charges a huge amount as service fees.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever seen. It does not work and I have not been able to pay my gas bill using it.
iPhone app error - not resolved last few months
iPhone app is not working to login into account management and make payment since long time atleast last few months.
Each time, I am using online website on browser alternatively to login and make payment.

Truly awful.
I never leave reviews but felt I had to express my disgust at how awful this app really is. It fails miserably at the one purpose it was meant to serve - paying your gas bills. Every step of the experience is an absolute hit or miss. It makes the company look so unprofessional, and I mean if you don’t fix this then how on earth do you expect me to pay you!? You’d think this would be a priority.
