Being talking about move in request approval (permit) with an agent named Doaa than out of sudden she inserted different topic in an improper way that i have to pay service fees now to issue the permit but actually i still have time till next month and i never missed the payment then i asked to talk to other agent then Nour spoke with me and she supported her colleague at the end which seemingly there is no actual professional customer service . Management of kaizen questionable

We requested many maintenance services and it all got rejected, AC power is failing, corridor don’t have AC in the floor , alots of flies in the building

The app lacks the functionality to modify files, and attempts to upload essential documents, like the contract and registration, result in errors.
Worst payment system
Very bad service.. if you pay in app you have to run after Kazien to improve you pay by app, no email confirmation no receipt no follow up.. nothing improved you pay !
